This trail is especially good for one looking to progress past "green trail" skills and into "blue trail" skills. I think it is most enjoyed if one ascends from the parking lot at Johnny's, and after hitting the highest point, turns around and goes back down it. It has small technical challenges both on the way up and on the way down, different each way. It has a gentle steady slope except at the part closest to the parking lot, and a couple small places as well. This adds excellent cardio on the way up, and enjoyable flow on the way down. This is one of the all-around best trails I ride, on beautiful red dirt, among gorgeous geology, and the view of the Wind River Range is spectacular.
