The regional trail is a gravel road. The South arm is the easiest way to the South end of the Bike Park. Although marked as a Green Circle in the field, the maximum grades provide a greater challenge. The rating is relative to the area.

       Don't access this trail from the south end (Lakeridge Place Road). There are plenty of large trees down across the trail and it's not suitable for riding. Best to access the area from Robb Place when coming from the south.
