Rice City Road connects Pudding Street in the South to West Hill Road in the center of the park. It is one of the main service roads and is wide and flat and has a smooth gravel surface. Travelling North, slightly downhill, from Pudding Street to West Hill Road, you will first find the entrance to Charlie Trail on the right (about 200 yards in). About 30 Yards further the Logging Path joins from the right and Bravo Trail from the left. Next Service Road One joins from the right and, just after that, Delta Trail joins from the left. Close to the end of Rice City Road, Service Road Two joins from the right and, just after that, Kilo Trail also joins from the right. Rice City Road ends in the parking area at the intersection with West Hill Road, just before the ticket kiosk.

This is a multi-use trail and is used extensively by hikers, trail runners, dog walkers as well as the occasional horse buggy. Mountain bikers please yield to all other traffic.
