Originally a Trials Moto trail, Ride Don't Slide then became a popular DH trail accessed by pushing up Hwy 86. As it is within the Whistler/Blackcomb Tenure, the Bike Park has been doing remedial work on the trail. It was part of the EWS in 2014 and since then it has seen extensive work by Gravity Logic.

While the fall line sections still exits, more sustainable bench cut reroutes were incorporated to make it more accessible to more riders from the Top of the World Trail.

This trail is definitely not easy though. It's still a double-black trail with sustained steep sections, roots, rocks and plenty of natural features to keep even expert riders on their toes.

Running great! Couple trees down at top. Looks like EWS course rode in some loam arounds in mid section.

Bridge rung broken across creek. Not a big deal, but looks like rungs could be replaced next season or soz

This used to be one of the best trails in Whistler, with lots of incedible new work done in 2015/16 to make it absolutely amazing. Whistler loam and great steep modern flow...

Then they ran the fricken EWS down it in August 2017. Now it's a jangled mess of flour soil and exposed roots/boulders. EWS has moved on and destroyed another Whistler classic. What a waste. Wake up WHISTLER

      Hey all
Dropped a blue parachute hammock while working first aid for crankworx. If anybody picked it up pls return to Aava hotel events HQ. Thanks

Haven't ridden this one before today, but I have to say it's my new favorite Whistler trail. Lots of great recent work but the loam and gnar is all still there.
