Mostly smooth single track with a few punchy climbs depending on which direction you are riding. Ridge Line is both a climbing and descending trail allowing access to and from the Upchuck meadow area and Airport Escalator. This trail has more elevation loss and gain than Will's Traverse which parallels it. For a longer, less technical descent from the towers to the Shields trail head connect Tire Trail, Ride Line, and Airport Escalator. Look for a short steep climb back up to Airport Escalator.
