Traccia che collega i due rifugio all'interno di un contesto naturalistico veramente di pregio. Gli antichi boschi di conifere all'interno del quale è immerso il sentiero e il passaggio all'interno della torbiera di Gattascosa vi faranno innamorare di questi luoghi.

Il fondo del sentiero è caratterizzato da grosse rocce di ardesia in molti punti, in mountain bike diventa quindi un percorso molto tecnico rivolto a chi ha molta tecnica e capacità di guida attive. A lungo andare può diventare quindi una "vera tortura"
