The High Bridge Trail connects from near the middle pavilion off of the Fox Trail and rapidly loses elevation down towards the lake. The trail begins weaving through a tight pine thicket, then crosses Rock Bottom trail with a tall fly-over bridge. Below the bridge, the trail follows a nice tight gully down to the bottom of the hill. Turn right and follow the hiking trail a short distance up to the beginning of Rock Bottom above the rock bridge.
