IT: Piccola variazione per scendere dal Rifugio Elisabetta, un bel singletrack solo rocce mobili per "deliziare" schiena e braccia. Non difficile ma non banale, sicuramente più interessante che scendere per la strada tradizionale.

IT: Superato le casermette abbandonate in direzione Col de la Seigne girate subito a sinistra e superate un vecchio ponte in legno (tiene non preoccupatevi), poi nuovamente a sinistra e buona discesa.
