Stien starter med bratt klatring, som blir enklere etterhvert, så med noen svinger til veldig bratt nedover bakke, og så kommer det gjørme partier så opp til man kommer til en stor stein med rød pil, følg pilen, så litt nedover, til teknisk nedover partier ned til kloppe, og så opp litt bratt & kort bakke,som blir lettere etterhvert som blir flatere, så litt opp og ned til man kommer til et kryss, da tar man til høyre, så går det nedover med røtter, til man kommer til slutten, der du mæter et stort kryss.

The trail starts with steep, which becomes easier after a while, then with some turns to a very steep downhill and follows with mud sections and up until you come to a big stone with a red arrow, follow it, then slight decline until technical downhill sections with big roots and sharp turns, to over a Boardwalk to short steep climb then which gets easier until it gets flatter and with some small climbs then to a junction, continue on the right, it goes down and gets flatter with a lot of roots, at the end you will arrive at a big junction.
