Perimeter Trail at Rolling Ridge. The property can be accessed by road from Mission Road in Harpers Ferry, WV, or from 1400 Parker Ln, Bluemont, VA 20135.

Can be ridden either way, clockwise gives you a longer steady climb with a steep shorter descent. Counter clockwise gets you up the hill along the powerlines which is steep and gets the climbing out of the way with a long nice downhill to finish. Either way you're ending on a downhill. There are also numerous fire roads within the interior of the property that can be used to access the Perimeter Trail allowing you to alter your route if you need to shorten your ride. Remember to sign in at the trail head kiosk which is located at the parking area along the Mission Rd(gravel) and the Perimeter Trail.

Rolling Ridge is a 1400 acre wilderness preserve managed by three organizations; Friends Wilderness, Rolling Ridge Foundation and For Love of Children Outdoor Education Center(FLOC). Please be courteous as there are multiple users of the trails at Rolling Ridge. These organizations strive to keep the land as natural as possible. Please do not paint trail blaze on the trees. Riding here is a privilege and is one of the most remote wilderness trail systems in the area.
