A short trail with lots of TTF's starting out technical and finishing flowy as the trail continues into Squidline. The trail is on the verge of being double black with a lot of advanced moves at the top.

Access Info

Climb up to the Squid Line entrance, once you're there continue up the same road and duck under the yellow gate. The road up has just been graded. Eventually youll hit another gate with a bunch of towers. The trail starts after the second tower. The Taggart Peak Hike is to the left behind the tower, don't take this. Take the trail to the right.

At the end of the trail, turn right to continue onto Squid Line.

Went through with a hedge trimmer tidy and cut back the foliage. Soil is damp right now. Perfect for riding! Go get it!

Way too dry. Didn’t classify the issue as Very Dry (will leave it for August), but, yeah, dry, loose.

Super fun trail. Tech at the top then get flowy and jumpy. Hero dirt up there.

Fairly overgrown in sections right now. The top bit pulls double black for sure imo, but i'm a bit of a wuss. Good to go though.

I rode Salty Nozzle for the first time a couple days ago. Its pretty fun. The top part has a couple short super steep sections and then gets into a flow section with unusual jumps. You skip the first part of squid line.

Great trail. Just make sure you turn right when you hit the old fire road at the bottom. I went left and ended up turning right onto a trail that had a bunch of flagging markers. Definitely did not take me to squid line and ended up on a hiking trail. It traversed along the ridge for quite a long time before descending to hwy1 side.
      Fun to explore though!

Super overgrown at the moment. Was reasonably fun still when you could actually see a trail infront of you.

We rode salty nozzle today and the top half has been overgrown with bush since it’s last clean up. Other than that, it was riding great.
