Hiking trail from the road on top of Roque de los Muchachos Mountain to San Andres. These is a combination of two that is laced by trail LP3.2 from the junction with LP 5, because LP 5 ist blocked from there and will not be reopened.
Basically its gravel and rocks until there, and then some up and down in the forest with some hundred meter fireroad, before it drops down into a steep rocky descent through a laurel jungle. It crosses a fire road some times, be careful the road is very slippery when wet
Last hundred meters are concrete fire road.

30th Jan.2019: Start is the same as LP 5 La Galga trail then it turns right along the mountain. Up and down with some hiking sections where you have to carry the bike. Once it turns downhill it is actually quite flowy for La Palma with the odd technical section in between. This trail is not ridden very much. If your home base is on the west side i would prefer LP 5 La Galga to this one, having in mind that it's a long shuttle to get there.

You can start from the road near the monument at a parking lot, going down a path in the loose gravel.
