The trail starts at the road in front of the old school building and following the forest road reaches the small church of St. Sotirios (San Salvatore). From then on the trail changes into a rather technical and some times steep and off camber trail until it reaches the National Road that connects Ioannina city with Kozani city.
From then on, an uplift is required to get you back to Molista or a 4km uphill ride on asphalt road.
