Short steep climb up a gravel track leading to a barn and house, the entrance the bridleway is hidden in the trees on the left and crosses a garden of the property. Go through the gate at the far end and cross the paddock, and head to the right towards the woods. The bridleway now flows throught he woods, up and down, with muddy sections and some slippery areas in the Autumn and Winter. Coming out of the woods at the far end there is a farm track alongside hop fields and over a railway bridge, and then out onto the road.
