Loam Heaven Secret Valley offers some of the best dirt on Doi Suthep. This single track starts fast and gets steep quick (average grade is -26%). It throws some tricky rocky sections and some of the tightest and steepest switchbacks you will ever see as the trail cuts along the side of the mountain. Keep your lines clean and your pedals clear of the hillside to avoid falling deep into the jungle. A wide wood bridge over a creek crossings and then more tight switchbacks as you make your way onto the ridge of a small knoll that offers stunning views of the hillside. You can bomb over the top of the knoll down to the double track or take the tight turn to the left down to the same double track. Follow it out to Ban Khun Chang Khian Access Loop.

      		 Two trees down on Secret Valley just after the bridge. Can easily be cut with a foldable handsaw for anyone who is willing.

      		 Trail is running good. Watch out in the switch-backs. Loamy dirt and leaves means not much support on the edges.

      		 Trail was cleaned up and cleared out by Neil and the Chiang Mai Trail Busters. Still slick at the top, watch out for the green moss.
