The first part of the trail is a typical hiking trail with a very narrow, rocky and zig-zag shaped path where you have to push the bike. There are also a lot of roots on the ridge part coming after the it. Very nice woods in the middle.

      Prima parte, dalla cima, è rocciosa si scende a piedi. Poi bella crestina e bel bosco di faggio, con sentiero facile e ben pulito. Poi altro passaggino a piedi e infine un traverso ciclabile. Bel sentiero, appena ripulito dal CAI, ma in bici NON regala grandi emozioni....
      Consiglio la DH-Cuvignone-Vararo (che è l'unica vera bella discesa dell'area)
