This is why you come to ride trails at Stub Stewart. It's the best section of the "cross-country" part of mountain biking area within park. Recommended north-to-south ride direction. Trail flows thru healthy forest with ferns and large douglas fir growing. Has a bit of rollercoaster to it with fun swoopy descending turns and an occasional root or dirt feature to float once in awhile. Scenic views of Hares Canyon and Genzer creek along the way.

There's one really good viewpoint of the valley (part of coastal mountain range) before getting to Bailing Wire Junction.

Really fun up and down trail that has some float sections. Great as a last run after lapping the free ride area. Plenty of variety.
