This half of Skogan is on the Kananaskis Village / Nakiska / Hwy 40 side. It's a ski trail in the winter, and is an old-school "adventure" route. It's not particularly technical - the challenge will be in climbing almost constantly to the top of the mountain. Alpine meadows and amazing views await you at the top.

N.B.: This is bear country, so take the appropriate precautions.

Access Info

The trail starts at the Ribbon Creek parking lot and heads North toward Nakiska. At the top of the pass, it connects with Skogan Pass (Dead Man's side).
