This trail is a high alpine ridge traverse. Although the trail is not very technically difficult, there are sections with some exposure and very little to no benching. The trail is easy to follow, stay right where the trail reaches the ridge line as the left fork will take you down to lightning lakes.Be prepared No cell service on the trail.
