This climb is on the MBR & Beast trails at Coed y Brenin trail centre. It starts off narrow as singletrack but opens out into a wider track. The surface is loose with a difficult rock slab near the top of the steep section. It's very often wet and you're doing well if you can get up the slab. The gradient eases after the slab.
This section is open to motor vehicles and so you may come across motorbikes.
