The trail starts out with a fairly mild climb across the hill towards the bottom of Schladming before it turns downhill with a set of small berms around some depressions. After the berms, you'll hit a small jump that leads into a rock garden (with available ride-around). When the trail forks after the rock garden, Snakes N Ladders heads to the right.

The trail doubles back on itself with a short punchy climb, then starts to head downhill along the fenceline. After a short descent, a sharp left leads you back across the hillside. A tight right-hand switchback is followed by an open left hander with a small berm at the exit to help carry speed for the short uphill section that follows. Once you get through the gap between the tree and the stump, there's another right-hand switchback into a set of large radius left/right turns.

The trail widens slightly with two distinct parallel tracks through the next pair of left/right turns, staying on the inside track puts you on the line with the smaller dip/drop into the tight left-hander that follows. The trail flattens out and ends by merging with another trail that leads back to the velodrome.
