Very thin layer of snow with scattered icy patches. The warm temps and rain later in the day have likely removed most snow.

 Starts and ends on the transmission line. Appropriately named as it seems perpetually wet at the bottom. Keep an eye on the sides of the trails near the water for a workaround.
