This trail segment connects the Bear Canyon Trail to the Skyline Trail via the South Fork of Bear Canyon. It is moderately steep in its lower reaches and extremely steep in its upper reaches. Some trail relocation is desireable in the upper reaches. It is best ridden downhill but you can hike a bike up it also.
