This trail follows the ridge from the summit down to Penticton creek. It is washed out in places and the top half has had many years of 4x4 usage so ruts and erosion are prevalent. From the green gate below the lower tower down, the trail gets much better. If this trail as a name please edit to show it.

The trail bottom is a private gated community. If finishing a ride here, either exit via the creek across to Penticton Ave, or ever so gently and politely meander out onto Forestbrook Ave. A courteous wave and a pleasant demeanor will keep our relationship strong.

trails clear and fast except for the road gap. It needs to be fixed up so don't hit it. There are some wet and muddy spots.

Might not be the best idea to post this one on PB... Given that it starts / finishes in a privately-held, gated retirement community.

It's only a matter of time before the old folks get up in arms about trespassing in this well signed (no trespassing) area.
