Flat singletrack through pine forest. Nothing too difficult except for a couple of rooty corners. Holds a few puddles in wet weather but is generally excellent draining surface like the other chinese menu trails.

Starts on Hill road, one hundred metres down from the shuttle pickup area at the intersection of Hill and Pipeline roads. It follows on from Chop Suey, then links on to Sweet N' Sour trail to create the 'Chinese Menu' series of trails.
