Once you've made the right off of hidden valley and flowed through the maze of scrub oak that is hidden valley, the trail will bring you right to the top of a hill straight out of Beggar's Canyon. You have reached the beginning of Star Wars - one of the most fun trails in town.
The trail will take you down your initial descent at light speed, but make sure you don't slam on your brakes, because this trail does have lots of steep fast climbs after its harrowing descents.
About halfway through the trail you will come to a very tight section that berms back and forth through a pretty washed out canyon. Ride the high line Using your brakes in here will cause you to lose all your speed or wreck (and remember the steep climbs I mentioned - there's one right after this).
Once you've come out of the trench run, you'll contour around the hill to a fork. For a less intense (but still pretty intense) descent, roll (or rally) over the exposed tree root to the RIGHT. To become a true Jedi master, use the force and launch the drop on the LEFT. It's not a very big drop, but you do drop straight into another very steep descent with some features you can either hit or go around at the bottom.
After this, just stay on the main trail and it will bring you back to the Leyden trailhead.
Note: although this is very much predominantly used for mountain biking, there will almost always be people walking their dogs or running uphill on these trails. CALL YOUR DROP!
