This IMBA Epic is one of the most famous rides around Bozeman for a reason, stunning views of the Bridger and Crazy Mountains and mile after mile of glorious singletrack. Trail can be ridden in either direction although most people ride it south to north in order to take advantage of the switchback intensive climb of Stone Creek and the fast and flowy descent of Grassy Mountain.

Access Info

Take MT Hwy 86/Bridger Canyon Drive North from Bozeman. Either leave a car at the Bracket Creek Trailhead (100 feet up Bracket Creek Road which is past Bridger Ski Area) to shuttle you back to Stone Creek once the singletrack part of the ride is complete or grind out a few road miles as a cool down at the end of the ride back to Stone Creek.

      		 Dry to the top of stone. Almost immediate mud and snow when the trail contours north past the Stone Creek summit(not ready yet).
