This trail follows a bend in the Kananaskis River, but just loops around to pick up Stoney Trail. Some parts are well-kept, but some are quite overgrown. There are also many intersecting trails, some of which just dead-end at the river. Definitely on the Adventure Ride / "Where TF are we?" end of things.
