These backcountry trails are managed by the Fernie Snowmobile Association in conjunction with BC Trails and Rec Sites. All varieties of trail users are welcome but should expect to encounter snowmobile traffic and grooming equipment at all times.

Closures may be in place for industrial activities and users must follow signage posted including radio call up/down procedures when the road is plowed for wheeled vehicles. Snowmobiling on a plowed forest service road is illegal in the province of BC. Under this land use partnership with the government and private landowners, the FSA is required to manage trail use and charge user fees as follows:

Youth Day Ticket (14 and under) $10
Annual unlimited primary membership $185
