We descended lower Sutherland from the trail link. A little hike-a-bike due to large boulders and stairs, but otherwise fun trail. The wilderness crossing is not posted “no bikes” so that was ridden as well as is the best part of the trail!

I tried to ride up this trail, ended up hiking up a river bed so I guess I lost the trail (don't be fooled by the cairns up the river bed - it's not a trail). The other footsteps on the riverbed suggest I'm not the first to make this mistake. Had to bash through cactus to get back on trail.
