Trail winds up the hillside. Crosses an old trail we used to call Firing Range that went straight down the mountain. This trail is pretty narrow, and undulates across the mountain side. For bikes it's a great climbing trail to access the other trails in the WMA, but I don't think it is that great going down. Best to at least connect to Lazuli for a nice up and fun downhill loop.

Go up the water tank road and turn left after the scary chlorine fenced door thing (trail sign added in 2020) and the trail starts right next to the fence. True story.
