Fra toppen av fjellet stjerner det ganske enkelt, og ta til venstre/nordover. det gamle tårnets 4 betongpilarer kan sees fra stien, før du går inn i skogen.
så er det raskt enkeltspor med noen lange strake linjer, og få strandpromenader, med tekniske partier mot bunnen, nær enden av stien kan være veldig gjørmete eller våte, men det finnes alternative veier du kan sykle eller gå.

From the the top of the mountain, it stars off quite easy, and go turn left/north. the old tower's 4 concrete pillars can be seen from the trail, before you go into the woods.
then it's fast single track with some long straights, and few boardwalks, with technical sections towards the bottom, near the end of the trail could be very muddy or wet, but there are alternative ways you can ride or walk it.
