Characteristics: jums (can be circumnavigated), tree roots, berms, wooden elements
2,4 km // 350 Hm

Flowig and not very steep, "The First One", with wooden elements, rooty sections and some small jumps (can be circumnavigated) leads through the forest ans across the pistes from the Muttereralmbahn top station to the middle station. Packed with variety and natural surfaces, this trail is perfect for training and practicing before attempting more challenging rides. The middle section in particular, with rooty areas, can be quite slippery and technically tricky when it's damp.

This trail is definitely one of the best in the region, it is rough, but also flowy and fast. The trail is heaps of fun and has a lot of line choice, It’s just too bad that the Bikepark crew does a bad job of keeping it maintained.Probably too rooty for a total beginner. Then you would probably wonder why they built the rough trail above the smooth one, and don’t let you exit the lift at the middle..? Poor planning and management, welcome to Austria!
