The Rock Trail Details
Singletrack with a few man made features, recently track has been groomed with some of the roots being covered and/or removed. Its about a 4.5 mile loop that starts on an access road, once you enter the trees its about 2.5 miles of tight singletrack, then it opens up to crossing a field, going back into the woods and repeat. After the last climb, there is a nice jump section back down the hill leading back into the woods and back to the parking lot.
There is a short advanced section west of the parking lot, this has a little climb and about a 7 foot drop into an old sinkhole, then climb back out back onto the access road,
While the trail can be ridden in both directions it does seem to flow better counter clockwise.
Main trail: Take the access road about 1/8 mile, when the road starts to go uphill, you can go to the right and follow the grass area to the tree line, make a left, follow the tree line to the break(150 yds), as soon as you enter the tree line, make your first right, trail begins there!
You can also take the access road all the way till it ends, follow a grass path to the right and enter at the tree break and turn right.
