Loose sandy switchback downhill that ends in a 55+ trailer park. There are no "No Trespassing" signs on the trail but there is a "No Parking" sign where the trail reaches the road at the trailer park. Unsure if access is ok so thread lightly and silently.
Not sure if this trail has a name, so if it does, please edit.

We've always called it The Sandy Switchbacks.

A lot of thought went into that one.

Entry anywhere via Pleasant Valley trailer park is ill-advised. We've been confronted by the land-owners on several occasions - never happily...

The roads in there are all private property.
