This section of Trail 89 is both single and two tracks. The scenery is spectacular looking at the Harney Range. This section is an intermediate trail overall with several short steeper climbs. Despite the two track trail at times, this section is a great outing. Most of this section is located in Custer State.

Access Info

Park at either Iron Creek Trail Head located about 1/2 mile north of SD-87 on Camp Remington Road or at Badger Hole Trail Head located about one mile south of US-16A on Badger Clark Memorial Road.
