This is a popular Multi Use Trail (hikers, runners, cyclists) maintained by SAGE Trail Alliance (nonprofit funded by donations). This trail requires a bell to ride (provided for free at bell boxes in parking area by SAGE).
This is an extremely technical trail comprised primarily of rock gardens. An enduro or trail bike is recommended; however, this trail has been ridden on hardtail by very good riders. Always yield for uphill traffic, this is not a closed racecourse.
