This is a classic old trail. Originally a multi use trail shared by motos, MTB and an occasional hiker. Conditions are a bit technical up top and it has always been known for baby heads where the trail merges with Basin Trail. The trail has changed names over the years, originally known as Trail #30, this trail was one of the main routes for downhillers in the area due to its technicality. This section of trail has some pedal sections as well as some climbing. Not a true DH course, but it's still fast and lofty - great for an Enduro setup. Connects to another section of the Basin Trail which is more pedaly DH down to Noschka. There is no direction as stated in a previous report, but that rider most likely encountered Poker Run markers held by local moto group. Not too many motos hit sections this high up. If you're riding a bike you are most likely coming down from the peak. Moto riders are generally going to be riding up, so keep mindful of moto sounds as you are taking those berms. Sweet classic trail if you connect down to Noschka. This route used to have Sunday shuttle service. No longer available.
