Uphill only to mountain bikes between the Dakota Trail start/end. Bikes can go downhill from the Apache intersection, then turn onto Dakota, then downhill from where Dakota comes back into Ute. Both directions open to hikers.

Completed in the summer of 2019 by Beaver Creek/Arrowhead. The Ute Trail starts at the base of Arrowhead and connects to the Village to Village Trail.
