They Best Fire road on Mt.Diablo that looks like it is pulled straight out of Moab. Some Downhill sections are almost 100% slickrock with some dirt inbetween. It can Be ridden both ways but the preferred way is starting from Rock City and Trending down towards Emmons Canyon. Although its not a full downhill starting from the top. Most climbs are minimal if you can maintain your speed. All in all it is a fun Trail that can be completed in times ranging from 8 minutes to to an hour ,depending on your physical condition. Look around on the Downhills for small natural side jumps.
