West Fork Dry Ridge makes a great descent from the CC Divide down to the Dry Fork trailhead. Climbing not recommended as there's some extended fall line segments and steep, radiused switchbacks up top. A little bit brushy up top, but very rideable downhill.

Access Info

Connect to this trail from anywhere on the CC divide or the West Fork Dry Creek trailhead. Loops well with no shuttle by climbing Joan Creek to the CC Divide.

Disclaimer

Trail clearing in the Dry Creek area is a function of USFS maintenance budgets and MTB Missoula volunteers. Check with the Plains/Thompson Falls Ranger District or MTBM before you go - if this trail hasn't been cleared you're going to have a bad time.

Upper part has 8 trees/cluster down. Could be cleared with a good handsaw. Otherwise in great shape.
