West trail is an improved trail with crushed stone surface. It is on the perimeter of the Bangor woods property and a fast hard surface. Be carful of walkers ther is a lot of traffic

       Quick and fun beginner loop when done with the entire "blue trail" in the Bangor Forest. Watch out for people walking and other bikers as it's fairly busy every day. I like it best with my hardtail.
