Cut in the summer of 2021, Where's The Beef is a singletrack alternative to the boring yet sketchy quad trail section that's usually ridden while descending 12th level. It is mostly a flowy blue-level trail with two steep black-diamond sections, one near the top and one near the bottom. Keep an eye out for one small mandatory log jump near the top and optional side hits lower down. On two separate occasions, partway down, you will hit a quad trail and jog along it to the right for a minute or so before turning off to the left for more descending on hand cut singletrack. Don't miss the beef!
