This trail is ridden in both directions but it flows best if you take the route described below. There are some optional, natural punchy climbs and rollers off trail (this is what I rode) that have been worn in by other mountain bikers.

Keep your eyes to the right and you will see a really punchy climb off to the side of the trail go up that and down a mellow roller. The trail cuts diagonally across a other trail and continues down some smooth, steep, and fast singletrack with some tight off camber turns that you will need to slow down a lot for. Continue by the water and take a right turn up what looks like a small ridge or spine and you will see two different places to drop in to down the spine on your left, take the second one because the first one requires you to pull up to keep from going OTB. Go up a steep climb and descend down to the train tracks and cross them, just don't ram into them and bent your rim like I did. After this the really steep climbs start (take a left) and the men will be separated from the boys. Descend through some really nice loamy singletrack and see if you can make it between the two trees (don't go around them this just widens the trail). Make it up one final climb and little falls will be in view and you will have survived whistling in the dark.
