The White Dot Trail is an easy trail with no significant obstacles. There is a short sharp climb at the Manning Street end, after which it undulates generally uphill towards Mason Road. The Trail traverses Trout Brook from the Manning Street facilities in the South to the Mason Road parking in the North.
