Starts at the Monument Trailhead and drops you out after a hairpin turn at the Tinney Flat Campground. Rocky and hard to find the start, but keep going and trail visibility will improve. Not technically a directional trail, but this would be a brutal climb with plenty of hike-a-bike.

Warning if you can't carry your bike through water don't ride this. There is a 100 yard portion 1 mile from the bottom that is IN the river with extreme wet rock scrambling.

I really like this trail and yes there is a water section that you'll get your feet wet on. Totally worth it to avoid the sterelized trails. Not super tech but enough to keep it from boring.

This is a horseback trail only in my opinion. Tons of fallen trees that require scrambling over. Like an other comment mentions, there is a section that require you walking through the river for a couple of hundred yards. It was brutal and not very fun.
