This is a very enjoyable ridge trail that parallels Sand Mountain Rd and connects Buck Spring Trail and Summit Trail. It is in Central PA so there are the usual few slightly rocky sections but these are of the type that reward speed and good lines. No hike-a-bike for riders who like a bit of a technical challenge.
