The lower portion of Willow Creek Trail parallels the creek and is a closed old road that is turning to singletrack.

The trail turns upward, leaving the creek at an old sign post, and becoming more defined singletrack. The trail is very steep but ridable for the fit. Toward the top of the climb the trail gets extremely steep, expect to hike-a-bike here.

Once the trail crosses the saddle, it drops steeply in to Italian Canyon. Loose gravel at the top becoming good singletrack, at times faint, lower in the drainage.

Look for an old aluminum sign marking the junction w/ Italian Canyon #057.
