From Westworld and north the trail is very washed out and virtually impossible to follow. Also, huge mounds of dirt and asphalt have been dumped right where the trails was. North of Bell Rd you can sort of see the trail, but since it runs up a wash still hard to follow, and thick sand. Lots of Cholla in this area. Ride date: Nov. 29, 2016

Really washed out north of Westworld. Huge mounds of dirt and asphalt dumped where trail used to be. Hard to find trail even north of Bell Rd.

WOW! I live here and had to stop SEVERAL times to check my Trailforks App to see where the trail was!! Entire section south of Bell road is worthless - either shredded asphalt parking lot at Westworld or paved bike path. Bell road to Legacy was in the wash trying to stay out of mud and any possible route north... after that (just south of Thompson Peak Parkway) was good and a fun ride. steady uphill S to N but nothing bad at all. Fun N to S - but lots of rocks on trail numbed the hands.
Major erosion (major ruts or slumping, large boulders and roots exposed due to erosion)

Not worth Your time, trail is all paved with asphalt and there is little to no mountain biking trail. Should honestly be to moved on the Trailforks maps.

South end of trail (along golf course) is being used by the trucks for the new subdivision - so basically a dirt road now. Don't waste your time anywhere south of the Bell Road Bridge.
