This shop is not able to handle high end bikes. Facts: Reassembled my Santa Cruz Nomad incorrectly resulting in frame damage, rebuilt my Rock Shox Pike incorrectly, Damage to the lowers and they used glue to get it to seal correctly after the damage. (of course they did not tell me about this, was discovered by another shop) Their tubeless tape job peeled after 2 rides (hiked 7 miles when my spare tube failed) Took my Cane Creek Inline for a rebuild, almost 2 months later it was done after they shipped it to 2 shops that were supposed to be able to handle the work, eventually the shock went to Cane Creek for service (what should have been done in the first place) They have put my bike back together incorrectly numerous times, ordered the wrong parts because they were not paying attention. To top it all off, they are so pretentious in there. I will take pretension from a good shop but this place is a joke. You are probably reading this wondering why I went back after one of these issues, the answer is Pinkbike. I read an article that suggested that you should not give up on a shop for mistakes, we all make mistakes. The real issue here is you don't go to McDonald's for gourmet food, don't bring your high end bike to the McDonald's of bike shops.
